I’ve spent 15+ years building products and design teams at Intuit, Salesforce, Gusto, and Moloco, including 4 years leading teams. At Gusto, I helped scale the payroll platform from 60K to 200K+ businesses, contributing to 60% YoY ARR growth. At Moloco, I built the design team and systems from scratch to support a $300M+ ARR ads business.

What matters most to me is creating environments where designers grow. My teams have achieved 100% engagement scores, multiple promotions, and faster delivery through rituals that foster clarity, growth, and outcomes.

When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors in Santa Barbara with my wife and two kids—hiking, coaching youth soccer, or behind a camera capturing stories in light and shadow.
